This varies greatly by individual. Some clients notice significant improvement after one or two sessions; others with deeply chronic patterns benefit from an ongoing series. Jacquelynn will discuss this with you after your first session based on what she observes.

Yes. CFT uses an extremely light touch — often as little as 5 grams of pressure — making it safe and appropriate for newborns from their very first days of life. Many parents bring their babies within the first week after birth.

Most clients describe sessions as deeply relaxing — similar to a meditative state. You remain fully clothed throughout. The touch is very gentle; some clients feel warmth, tingling, or subtle movement through the tissues. Some fall asleep.

Absolutely. CFT works well as a complement to chiropractic care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lactation support, and conventional medical care. It does not replace these — it works alongside them.

Yes. Children do not need to be still for CFT to be effective. Jacquelynn is experienced working with active, wiggly, or resistant children and adapts the session to meet them where they are — on the floor, in a parent's arms, playing with a toy. The body's response guides the work regardless of how still the child is.

Sessions are provided in-person in the Clarkston, MI area. In-home appointments are available — fees apply and on a limited basis. Reach out via email to get details on location and availability.
