CFT for Every Stage of Life

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy is effective across all ages. Each session is individualized — no two bodies unwind the same way.

🌱 Newborns & Infants

Infant CFT Session

Infant sessions are gentle, nurturing, and performed while the baby is held, lying on a comfortable surface, or nursing — whatever keeps them most at ease. Jacquelynn uses an extremely light touch to assess and address fascial strain patterns that may have developed during pregnancy or birth.

Many parents notice changes in feeding, sleep, comfort, and temperament within a session or shortly after. CFT is safe for newborns and can be started as early as the first days of life.

🌿 Children

Children's CFT Session

Children's sessions are adapted to be calm, comfortable, and engaging. Jacquelynn works with the child's natural rhythm and comfort level. Sessions for children address accumulated strain from birth, falls, illness, and the physical and emotional demands of growing up.

CFT can support children through developmental milestones, behavioral challenges, and physical discomfort — complementing, not replacing, other forms of care.

🌳 Adults

Adult CFT Session

Adult sessions are performed fully clothed on a comfortable table. Jacquelynn listens to the body's craniosacral fascial rhythm and follows the tissues as they unwind — addressing layers of strain that may have accumulated over years or decades.

Sessions are deeply relaxing and often leave clients feeling lighter, more mobile, and better regulated. The number of sessions needed varies by individual, and Jacquelynn will discuss this with you after your first visit.
